Cool Occasions offer affordable refrigerated trailer hire in the East of England. We are dedicated to supplying refrigerated and freezer trailers to the best of our ability with an utmost level of service, direct to your event location. From our base just west of Peterborough, and south of Stamford, we cover Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Rutland and Leicestershire, but are happy to travel further.

Our fridge and freezer trailers are built to a high specification, designed to be used in a wide range of jobs.

How it works

From the moment the phone rings, our small team will find out your event requirements and work out which of our trailers is best for you and your needs.

After agreeing to the hire, we will arrange a time and the exact delivery location that best suits you. When on route, we will call you to confirm a delivery time.

Once on site, we will agree a location best for the event and setup the trailer to your chosen temperature. When working, a full demonstration of the trailer will be given to ensure the best experience possible.

If a trailer move is required during the hire period, please contact Cool Occasions to relocate and restart the unit.

Once the hire period is over, we will pack up the trailer and take it away at a time to suit you.
